The easiest way to get rid of this problem is to restore the system from a backup.
If this is not possible, use the alternative method.
Click the "Start" button to open the main system menu and go to "Control Panel".
Specify the "Small Icons" option in the "Category" menu at the top right of the window and expand the "Windows Update" link.
Go to "View Update Log" and select the "Installed Updates" section.
Call the context menu of the desired update KB971033 and specify the command "Delete".
Return to the "Control Panel" and go to "Windows Update" to perform the procedure for disabling the selected update.
Click the "Check for Updates" button and wait for the system message to check if there are any updates available.
Select the proposed update and uncheck its box.

Return to the main Start menu and go to the Run item to use the alternative method of removing Windows authentication (for Windows XP).
Type regedit in the Open box and click OK to start the Registry Editor tool.
Expand the registry branch
And delete the entire WgaLogon partition (for Windows XP).
Restart the computer to apply the selected changes.
Use the RemoveWAT21 program to remove Windows authentication (Windows 7 only).
