In small portions, add 1.5 cups of light beer, stirring constantly and bringing the mixture to the state of liquid sour cream. We bake thin pancakes on a heated and oiled frying pan. The simplest and most delicious recipe.


Buckwheat pancakes

Pass through the coffee grinder-buckwheat. In the evening in 3 cups of buckwheat flour pour 3 cups of boiling water and leave to infuse for one hour, covering the lid. When the mass has cooled, add another boiling water. After settling in a still warm dough, add 25 grams of diluted yeast and leave until the morning. In the morning, add salt and wheat flour, so that when kneading the dough it is equivalent to the density of sour cream and leave it to fermentation. When the dough rises, bake on a hot frying pan with butter and onions.
