Burrito - a traditional dish of Mexican cuisine,So loved by gourmets around the world. Again, traditionally burrito is cooked with meat stuffing. However, there is good news for vegetarian cuisine - vegetable burrito with mushrooms.
You will need
- Tortillas (Mexican tortillas) - 2 pieces
- Sweet bell pepper - 2 pcs
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs
- Champignons - 100 g
- Canned red or black beans - 1 small pot
- Rice - 1 glass
- Ground red and black pepper
- Tomato paste - 1 spoon
- vegetable oil
Bulgarian peppers and tomatoes cut into small cubes. Finely chop the greens. Fry with vegetable oil over medium heat until half cooked.
In a separate frying pan fry the chopped mushrooms.
Separately fry beans and boiled rice. Gradually add a mixture of tomatoes, peppers and champignons. Add the tomato paste. Season with spices and salt to taste.
Allow the finished filling to cool. Sprinkle with lime juice and proceed with the "assembly" burrito.
Tortillas slightly heated in a microwave (10-15 seconds). Gently lay the filling in the center of the flat cake, wrap it in the form of an oblong envelope. Bon Appetit!
