Renovated old bath in two ways: special enamel paint for vann- invest acrylic liner.
Dye bath enamel is not difficult, just need to follow the instructions.
You will need
- Enamel belaya-
- Oxalic acid 100 g-
- 0.5 Acetone n-
- 2 jars of 0.5 n-
- Narrow shpatel-
- Waterproof emery bumaga-
- Latex gloves.
Prepare enamel work. To do this, remove the lid and place the jar in hot water for 30 minutes. Mix well and let it cool to room temperature. The enamel is ready.
Wear rubber gloves and wash the bath well. Emptying the oxalic acid in the bottom of the tub, soak it with water so that it becomes gruel, and evenly distributed over the entire surface.
Take a piece of sandpaper and start the process all the bath area, while dampening for not a lot of acid. Remove all is not equality, rusty patina, old paint.
Rinse all of the acid and wash with warm water bath again any detergent.
Pour into hot water bath and leave for 10 minutes. Drain and wipe dry with a clean cloth bath. Wipe all around the tub.
Apply acetone to the cloth and degrease the surface of the bath.
Prepare the first bank to be painted. Pour 200 ml of enamel beaker. Pour this amount in a glass jar, add to it 10 ml of acetone, mix well all. Add thereto 20 mL of a hardener and stir for 10 minutes.
Apply the first layer with a brush starting from a sidebath. Apply several vertical strips in a small area. Then horizontal rubbing movements distribute the enamel. Thus pokrast full bath.
After 15 minutes, the second color layer.
Prepare as well as first, second jar for painting of the second layer.
Dye bath in the same manner as the first layer.
Bath is ready for use after 7 days.
