Herbal foot baths are perhaps the most affordable means of caring for feet.
Such trays require preliminary preparation.
Any herbs need to be insisted for a while, then used.
"Flower" foot bath
Prepare: lavender flowers (dried or fresh) 2,5 tbsp. Spoons, flowers of lilac 2 tbsp. Spoons, roots of dandelion 1 tbsp. a spoon.
All herbs pour into an enamel pot, add 200-300 ml. Hot water and let it brew for two hours.
In the basin pour warm water, then pour inHerbal decoction, drop her legs and take a bath for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm running water, pat dry with a soft towel, lubricate the feet with a moisturizing cream. As a result, the feet are soft and moist.
Night foot bath
Prepare: thyme 1 tbsp. Spoon, mint (can be replaced with melissa) 1 tbsp. Spoon.
A mixture of herbs to fall asleep in a saucepan, pour steepBoiling water, cover and insist in a warm place for about 15 minutes, strain, pour the broth into a basin of water. Lower the feet and hold for 25 minutes, then wipe and apply a foot cream.
"Milk" foot bath
Prepare: milk 1 glass, essential oil of orange or grapefruit 5-6 drops, a sage broth.
Milk warm, mix with broth, addEssential oil and stir. The resulting mixture is poured into a basin with hot water, connect the milk with water and take a bath for about 20-25 minutes. Rinse the leftover milk and oil in cool running water.
Result: the skin is soft, blood circulation improves. For more intensive softening, you can put a foot mask of olive oil after the bath. Apply oil on feet, wrap in food film, put on warm socks. After 2 hours rinse with warm running water.
