Flash files are used mainly on websites, but can be adapted for desktop applications, such as PowerPoint, or as a screensaver for a computer.
To use Flash as a screensaver, the file must first be converted to EXE format using special software.
After converting flash, the screensaver can be used as a presentation or just for fun.
Download the program to convert Flash toScreensaver. For example, Instantstorm, Axialis Screensaver Producer or Flash Saver Maker. Install the program on the computer. To do this, double-click on the downloaded file and follow the instructions on the installation screen. The process takes only a few minutes.
After installation is complete, run the program. Click the Browse button to find the flash file that you want to convert to a splash screen. Double-click on the file to open it or start a preview.
Find the option New Screensaver ("New Screensaver")Or wait until the new window is automatically opened (depending on the installed program). Enter a name for the new screensaver file, and select the folder on the computer to which the file will be saved. Screensavers are usually saved in the My Pictures folder.
Click the Options tab andSet the screen saver settings, for example, the frame rate. If you want to add sound, go to the Sounds tab. This option allows you to include in the screensaver MP3 files. Follow the instructions to download music. Click the Preview button to see the splash screen in action. Find the Create button or Convert button to start creating the splash screen. Then go to the folder where the file was saved, and find it (the file extension is .exe).
Right click in any empty spaceDesktop computer. Click the Properties button and select the Screensaver tab. Choose a new screensaver and set the number of seconds or minutes before the screensaver starts displaying. Click the Apply button and click OK to apply the new settings. Flash screen saver will be started.
