Today in Russia more than 2/3 of all presentations are created in the Microsoft Office PowerPoint application.
To display PowerPoint presentations, you need a presentation host, a computer, and a projector and a canvas or a large screen.
But we must not forget about the quality of the presentation created - it should be bright, stylish and fascinating.
What rules should be observed when creatingPowerPoint presentations? First, do not overload slides. The presentation template should be minimalistic and easy. In accordance with the theme of the presentation, use the appropriate color schemes. In any case, never use a too bright background - red, blue, bright green.
Secondly, the font should be large and readable. Use a color font that is sharply distinguishable from the background - black or white. Use as little text as possible on the slides, only keywords and highlights. The rest of the information you can read from the application or from memory. Do not put all the text on the slides and read it as a lecture - it's boring. But the charts and tables, also simplified, as well as figures and facts, are welcome.
Third, use original photosHigh quality, best of all - not public, which no one has seen before. The photos should have a focus on which the viewer will stop. Images should be alive and memorable.
Fourth, use a minimum of effects. Animation should be simple, fast. You do not need to use long transitions, vintage letters, etc. All this distracts the viewer and makes viewing the presentation uncomfortable, nervous.
Fifth, limit the number of slides and timePresentation. A huge number of slides will lead to the fact that the audience will forget a large block of information. The most important and spectacular slides should be located at the beginning and end of the presentation.
Sixth, keep your presentation in your ownHands. Look at the projected slides as little as possible, so that the listeners do not have the feeling that you are not prepared well. Manage the voice, highlighting especially important points intonationally. It is advisable to keep the control panel of the presentation at home - give up an assistant who can confuse the start time of the next slide or "press the wrong button" Keep the posture and generally keep on the stage confidently. Almost half the time of presentation, viewers will not look at the slides, but on your person.
