Basic personnel documents when creating an organization</a>

After the state registration of the organization in(As it is often only one state), it is necessary to develop and publish a number of personnel documents necessary for the normal internal functioning of the company, as well as for its interaction with other physical (legal) persons, state (municipal) authorities.

The head of the organization issues in an arbitrary(CEO, director, chairman, etc.), which should be based on the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the company or in accordance with the collective will expressed in the form of the minutes of the general meeting of participants (Shareholders). The head of the organization publishes himselfOrder (order) on the admission of the employee to work under the unified form No. T-1 (approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 1 of January 5, 2004), signing this document simultaneously for both the employee and the head of the organization.

The head of the organization is being developedLabor contract (its content must meet the requirements of Article 57 of the Labor Code of Russia) and job description. The employment contract on the one hand is signed by the employee (in our case, the head of the organization) and on the other hand by the employer on behalf of which one of the participants (shareholders) authorized to do so by the general meeting may act, or the sole participant in the organization who made the appointment of the sole executive Organ. The job description of the head of the organization can also be approved by one of the participants (shareholders) of the company authorized by the protocol of the general meeting, or on the basis of a decision of the sole participant (shareholder).
