After the state registration of the organization in(As it is often only one state), it is necessary to develop and publish a number of personnel documents necessary for the normal internal functioning of the company, as well as for its interaction with other physical (legal) persons, state (municipal) authorities.
The head of the organization issues in an arbitrary(CEO, director, chairman, etc.), which should be based on the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the company or in accordance with the collective will expressed in the form of the minutes of the general meeting of participants (Shareholders). In the absence of a staff chief accountant in the organization, the head of the organization also issues an order to assign the person's duties to himself.
The head of the organization publishes himselfOrder (order) on the admission of the employee to work under the unified form No. T-1 (approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 1 of January 5, 2004), signing this document simultaneously for both the employee and the head of the organization.
The head of the organization is being developedLabor contract (its content must meet the requirements of Article 57 of the Labor Code of Russia) and job description. The employment contract on the one hand is signed by the employee (in our case, the head of the organization) and on the other hand by the employer on behalf of which one of the participants (shareholders) authorized to do so by the general meeting may act, or the sole participant in the organization who made the appointment of the sole executive Organ. The job description of the head of the organization can also be approved by one of the participants (shareholders) of the company authorized by the protocol of the general meeting, or on the basis of a decision of the sole participant (shareholder).
An employee's personal card is drawn up for(Approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 1 of January 5, 2004), which is filled out on the basis of documents submitted by him (at least according to the list specified in Article 65 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation).
The rules of internal labor regulations are elaborated and approved, in which the following chapters (sections) are usually distinguished:
- general provisions-
- the rights and duties of the employee and employer-
- the procedure for recruitment, removal from work and dismissal of employees,
- working time and rest time-
- remuneration of employees-
- Work schedule and work discipline -
- an indication that "the rules of the internal labor regulations are posted in the organization in a conspicuous place".
The staffing table is being developed and approvedThe organization on the unified form No. Т-3 (approved by the Decree of the State Statistics Committee of Russia No. 1 of January 5, 2004), which can be compiled not only with the expectation of those employees who are to be accepted in the near future, but also for the foreseeable future.
