Head of the organization publishes on itselforder (order) for admission to the employee to work on a unified form number T-1 (approved by the Russian State Statistics Committee of 05.01.2004 № 1), by signing this document both for the employee and for the head of the organization.

At the head of the organization is developedemployment contract (its content must meet the requirements of Article 57 of the Labor Code of Russia) and the job description. The employment contract with one hand signed by the employee (in our case - the head of the organization), and on the other hand - by the employer on behalf of which may be a one of the members (shareholders), authorized by the general meeting or the only member of the organization, to make the appointment of the sole executive authority.
