You will need

  • - 0.5 cups bread crumbs or breadcrumbs
  • - fresh parsley
  • - 2 cloves garlic
  • - 200 g of Parmesan
  • - 1 lemon
  • - salt, pepper to taste

Clean the halibut, wash, trim the tail andFins. Cut into portioned pieces. Parsley finely chopped. Garlic crush garlic or grate on a fine grater. Parmesan grate on a fine grater. Lemon thinly cut.
