You will need
- For 4 pots:
- - 650 g of beef or veal
- - 1.5 kg of potatoes
- - 4 table. Tablespoons butter
- - 2 onions
- - 100 ml of dry white wine
- - 1 glass of meat broth
- - 1 glass of sour cream
- - 200 g of hard cheese
- - salt, pepper black ground, bay leaves - to taste
- - greens of parsley and dill - to taste
Peel potatoes, cut into cubes,Lightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut the rings with onion, fry until golden. Cut the meat into portions (the size of the piece should be such that it fits in the mouth), fry in boiling oil until golden brown.
Lay the meat in pots. Top with potatoes, then fried onions. Salt, pepper, break the bay leaf and evenly distribute the pots. Pour in the broth. Put the pots in a well-heated oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
