In short, it is better to lay the floor immediately in compliance with all regulations.

You will need

  • - Wooden block section of 70x100 mm for the manufacture of lag
  • - Pine floor board of not less than 30 mm-thick
  • - Sheets of plywood or GVL-
  • - Expanded clay or minvata-
  • - Roofing waterproofing or other material-
  • - Protective treatment for tree-
  • - Assembly pena-
  • - Butter bumaga-
  • - Decorative flooring (laminate, parquet, linoleum, carpet, ceramic tile).

Prepare the boards and joists to work. Arrange them in a room and leave for 1-2 weeks. During this time they have reached the desired moisture balance.

Place on a concrete foundation waterproofing. Use the roofing material. When laying necessarily sealed seams and make an overlap on the wall. Laying of waterproofing is required when applying the floor on the first floor of the building or in rooms with high humidity: bathrooms and lavatories.

Lay the lag increments of 50-60 cm. Do not attach them to the base firmly. Leave between joists and 10-15 mm walls. Align all the logs on the level, use leveling pads.

Treat lag protective impregnation. The same impregnation process the boards to the subfloor and leave to dry.

When the logs are dry, sprinkle between the concrete blockto the level of the upper edge of the timber. LECA can be replaced by other insulating materials such as mineral wool. This pad will save you from the "drum" effect and will be an excellent noise isolation.

Lay boards subfloor across. Attach them to the base with screws in place of the board and lags compound. Use two self-tapping screws for each connection.

If the length of the boards is less than the length of the room, place the board so that the seam was in the lag.

Leave distance between the boards and walls in10-15 mm. This so-called expansion joint. Lay the boards with a distance of 3-5 mm between them. In the future, the board will not creak, touching the edges.

Spread on top of the subfloor parchmentpaper. On it you can put sheets of moisture-resistant drywall or thick plywood. The sheets are fastened to the sub-floor with screws on the perimeter and extensibility across the leaf area.

The distance between the wall and the new sub-floor zapente mounting foam. When the foam has dried, cut it off flush with the remnants of plasterboard.

Now your floor is ready for installation of any coverings: parquet, carpet, laminate or ceramic tile.
