Electronic tables are used to introduce both numerical and text information.
They can be created in various programs, for example, MS Excel, MS Word.
To place a table on multiple pages, the table break function is used.

Run MS Word to runBreak tables. To do this, first create a table. Go to the "Table" menu, if the program version is before 2007, or in the "Insert" menu, if Office 2007 and later. Then select "Add a table", select the number of rows and columns. Also there is another way to add a table: just select the required number of cells in a special button on the toolbar.
Then fill in the table with the information. To break the table into several pages, cut out the cells that you want to transfer to another page, put the cursor at the end of the remaining table, execute the command "Insert" - "Break" - "Start a new page". Then, on the new page, insert the cut cells.
Set the table header settings before itDivision. This function will copy the table header to each new page. To do this, select the table header (column names). In Office 2007, open the context menu, select the "Properties" command, go to the "Line" tab and check the "Repeat as title on each page" option. If you have Office 2003 or lower, select the "Table" menu and select the "Headers. After this, the break table will have a title on each next page.
Set the table break in Excel, for thisCreate a spreadsheet, place the cursor in the cell that you have the last one before the break in the table, then go to the Page Layout tab, if you have Office 2007, and select the "Break" option, check the "Insert page break" check box there. In previous versions of the program, select the line to break the table, go to the "Insert" menu and select the appropriate command.
Make the table break in Open Office Calc,Analogue MS Excel, to do this, create a spreadsheet, put the cursor in the cell that will be the last in this table, select the "Table" menu, then click on the "Split Table" command.
