How to empty the sinker

The composition of the classic equipment for fishing includes a sinker, the weight of which determines the casting distance. The sinker can be different in shape and weight.

At the same time, it should not cling to rocks and grass and fix the bait at the bottom or at a given depth. It already depends on the chosen method of fishing.

When fishing on grasses overgrown with rocky bottom reservoirs, cargo is often cut off. In fact, they are the consumables of fishing tackle.

Therefore, fishermen should always have a stock of cargoes with them.

Any sinker in shape and weight can be cooked at home yourself.

For casting the sinker, take a metal tape with a width of 1.5-2 cm and make from it a box without a bottom in the form of two g-shaped halves. Connect the halves with small screws. It turned out a mold.

It needs to be done very quickly, considering that the gypsum is rapidly frozen. Bring the solution to the density of sour cream with a spatula fill the form.

Take the sinker and moisten with a soap solution. Then immerse it halfway through the thickness into an even soft gypsum. Wait until it freezes.

Unscrew the screws, remove the metal frame. The upper part of the weight is wipe with a solution of soap.
