For the preparation of home-made cheese, you will need the following products:

  • 100 g of quality chocolate-
  • 200 g of cottage cheese-
  • 50 g of butter-
  • A packet of vanilla sugar-
  • 2-3 tablespoons Of powdered sugar.

Chocolate is melted in a water bath or in a microwave oven and carefully lubricated with the bottom and sides of silicone molds. After that, the molds are placed for 5-7 minutes in the freezer.

Using a blender, stir cottage cheese, butter, vanilla sugar and sugar powder, take out the molds from the refrigerator and fill them with curd.

From above curds are covered with a layer of chocolate, smooth it, and the billets are sent to the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until the glaze is completely frozen.

If you do not have silicone molds at your fingertips, then you can put curd on rectangular pieces of foil, form cheeses of classical form, wrap them in a candy and hold for 5-6 minutes in the freezer.

Slightly frozen curds are coated with melted chocolate or glaze made from a mixture of chocolate and a small amount of butter.

If desired, at the stage of the formation of cheese in curd, you can add the filling to your taste: berries, nuts, condensed milk, jam.
