Graten is a savory or sweet dish thatIt is baked until a ruddy, tasty crust is formed. We offer to cook gratin with eggs in Basque - this dish is popular in Italy, it can be served as a healthy and hearty breakfast.
You will need
- For two servings:
- - 4 eggs-
- - 4 tomatoes,
- - 2 squash-
- - 1 onion-
- - 1 red fresh pepper-
- - 2 cloves garlic-
- - 2 tbsp. Spoon of olive oil-
- - 80 g of Gruyer-
- - 2 tsp parsley chopped-
- - black pepper, salt.
In a skillet with a thick bottom, heat the olive oil. Peel the onion, chop it finely, put it in a frying pan, fry along with the red pepper, cut into squares.
Then put in a frying pan cut thin slices of zucchini, fry on both sides. If zucchini are young, they do not even need to be peeled.
Tomatoes peel, preliminarilyScalding them with boiling water. Finely cut, lay out in courgettes in courgettes. Add the chopped garlic. Salt, pepper to taste, leave on fire for a couple of minutes.
Now put the vegetable mixture in two forms, lubricated with oil. In each form, make two grooves, break them into two eggs. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
