But in life it usually does not work, usually this imbalance is greater than what our body can "process" and it only accumulates. And here we need some conditions, of which we have already spoken. Then this natural mechanism of "processing" of mental imbalance can be launched. We all use it to one degree or another, and here the point is not to interfere with it at least, but how to help start working as much as possible.
