Logs of visitors, registration of briefing, etc. require stitching. This makes it impossible to exclude pages from them and add new ones.
After sewing, the magazine is sealed.
You will need
- - needle-
- - an awl-
- - thick white thread-
- - paper-
- - glue-
- - scissors-
- - fountain pen.
Start the magazine stitching with piercing the twoHoles with a stitch near the seam. The holes should be so close to the seam that the thread does not interfere with opening the magazine. Which pages to flash, depends on whether the form for entering information is on the last page of the magazine itself (not the cover). If it is, puncture all pages except the last page of the cover. If it's not there, pierce the entire magazine, including the last page of the cover. The first page of the cover must be pierced in any case. The distance between the holes should be about two centimeters.
If the last page of the magazine (not the cover)There is no form for entering information, write information about the journal (which, the management of your organization will tell you) by the handle on the last page of the cover. If the form is, enter this information into it. Put the date. The form must also be signed by the person responsible for keeping the journal.
Thread the thread into the needle, then stretch itFirst through one hole from the last page of the magazine or cover (depending on where the form is) on the front page of the cover, and then through the second hole - back. On the last page of the magazine or the cover, tighten the thread with the knot. Cut it so that after the knot there are approximately the same ends of the thread a few centimeters long.
Cut out the squared side of the paperApproximately two centimeters. Stick it so that it does not obstruct either the form or other information, closing both threads. Look outward like the threads that go to the knot, and their loose ends. Now put on the square the seal that the management of the organization requires, so that part of it is on the square, and a part on the page itself outside of this square. Now the log is ready for use.
