Dishes from young cabbage

You will need

  • Cabbage rolls with potatoes and cheese:
  • - potatoes 5 pieces-
  • - onion 1 piece-
  • - vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
  • - young cabbage 1 fork-
  • - sour cream 50 ml-
  • - hard cheese 100 g-
  • - pepper. salt.
  • Cabbage with lemon juice:
  • - cabbage 1 fork-
  • - vegetable broth 50 ml-
  • - butter 50 g-
  • - lemon 1 pc-
  • - salt.



To prepare cabbage rolls, wash potatoes,Clean and cook until ready, then clean it. Onion peel and grind. Heat the frying pan and melt the butter, add the chopped onion and fry it until golden brown. Then add onion in mashed potatoes, add salt and mix thoroughly.


Cut cabbage into sheets, rinse thoroughly andLet it dry. In each cabbage leaf wrap a stuffing from a potato and combine in the form for baking. Cheese grate on a large grater. Sour cream, grated cheese, add to cabbage rolls, salt and season with black pepper. Oven heat up to 180oC, send into it cabbage rolls and bake until done. As necessary, you can add a little water. When serving, decorate with greens, a garnish can be served a salad of fresh vegetables.


Cabbage with lemon juice

Wash cabbage, cut into 4 parts. Fold in a saucepan, pour broth. Melt the butter in the saucepan and squeeze the lemon juice into it. Pour cabbage with a mixture of butter and lemon, sprinkle a little and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Cabbage put on a dish and garnish with lemon rind.
