You will need

  • For eight servings:

  • - 1 glass of 40% cream-
  • - 2 tablespoons. Spoons of orange liqueur and powdered sugar-
  • - 1/2 tsp vanilla-
  • - Mint to taste.

Instructions

Whisk the egg whites with honey and sugar powder on a water bath. Add the mascarpone cheese, whisk until a creamy mixture is obtained.

Cream and vanilla whisk separately, add a spoonful of strong green tea and liquor.

Whisk the egg whites into a thick foam. Combine cheese mass with creamy, gently mix with whipped whites.

Saturate the biscuit liver with green tea,Place in a serving glass. Top the cream, repeat the layers. Remove the dessert into the refrigerator to cool (preferably overnight). Ready-made delicacy, decorate at your discretion with mint leaves, grated chocolate.
