Cranberry juice can be drunk hot or cold.
Hot juice will quickly warm up and cool - is indispensable in the hot day.
You will need
- 1 liter of water, 1 cup of frozen cranberries, 2 tablespoons liquid honey.
Cranberries thaw, move and clean.
Berries grind in a blender with gauze squeeze the juice. Juice pour into a glass jar, cover and refrigerate.
Scrap obtained cranberry pour 1 liter of water, put on fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Cool and strain.
Connect the cranberry broth and juice, add honey and mix well. Serve cold or hot.
