Sour Cranberry with Honey

Cranberry juice can be drunk hot and cold.

Hot mors will help to warm up quickly, and cold water is indispensable on a hot day.

You will need

  • 1 liter of water, 1 glass of frozen cranberries, 2 tablespoons of liquid honey.



Cranberries defrost, clean and rinse.


Grind the berries in a blender and squeeze the juice using gauze. Pour the juice into a glass jar, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator.


Crush the cranberries with 1 liter of water, put on a fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Cool and strain.


Combine the cranberry broth with the juice, add honey and mix well. Serve in cold or hot.
