Connecting a Mailbox to Microsoft OutlookWill relieve the user from routine work - the need to download the page of the provider of postal services, enter the login and password and will save money spent on unnecessary traffic.
Go to the page of the site where the required mailbox is located and go to the "Access settings" section.

Open Microsoft Outlook and select the "Email Accounts" command in the "Tools" menu on the top bar of the program window.

Click the "Other settings" button and go to the "Outgoing mail server" tab.
Apply the checkbox to the field "The SMTP server requires authentication - similar to the server for incoming mail."
Click the General tab, and specify the name of the organization account to attach to the sender's name (if necessary).
Go to the "Connections" tab and apply the "Local network" check box in the "Connect via" section.
