For many, the ground floor is the embodiment of an ideal foundation construction.
Firstly, the ground floor is differentEndurance and stability of the structure: as a rule, it is made of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab used for the foundation. Secondly, the foundation with a ground floor provides an additional area (here you can place a gym, laundry or use this room for other purposes).
And besides, a house with a socle foundation looks more respectable.

Determine the quality of the soil on which it is plannedhome construction. To do this, dig a deep trench and explore the slice of the earth. "Good" soil is easy. It is sand without large "veins" of clay. From such a land, almost nothing can be blinded.
If the soil on the site was good, thenDig a foundation pit under a house one meter deep. Then go to the base of the house, which is a thick screed. The thickness of this structural element depends on the weight of the building: for example, if a two-storey house with a basement is planned, the thickness of the base will be equal to ten centimeters. But again, unequivocally say that the screed should be 10-centimeter, it is impossible, because the thickness of the base is also affected by the quality of the soil: if the soil is not highly compressible, then under the walls of the basement floor, you can fill up the "pillows". In a word, each individual case is individual. Once the thickness of the substrate is finally determined, fill the screed.
On the perimeter of the future house, where it is plannedErection of bearing walls, lay foundation blocks: they must fit tightly to each other. Leaves for pipes, wires and windows are left. Bond the foundation blocks with cement mortar. The height of this structure should be more than a meter (if a two-storey house is being built, it is better to make the height of the basement above the ground level 2-2.5 meters).
On top of the ground floor, install a reinforced belt. To do this, tie the reinforcement, fix it in the construction of the building and fill it with concrete.
From plates or stone erect walls. Then cover the first floor with the plates. Install over this overlap beams, which are covered with steam and waterproofing layers and roofing material.
Bring gas, electricity and water to the house.
Perform installation of windows and doors, as well as external and internal finishing of the house.
