A hearty dish that is suitable for fasting. For the evening we lay in the pot ingredients, and in the morning we enjoy hot and fragrant porridge. The main secret lies in pillows that keep the heat of our dishes until the morning!
You will need
- Ceramic pot 1 liter
- 200 g buckwheat
- 1 potato
- 300 g of water
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 20 g of butter
- 3 pillows
We wash buckwheat in warm water and put it on the bottom of the pot.
We clean potatoes, mine and cut into cubes.
We put potatoes in a pot on top of buckwheat.
Fill the steep boiling water in buckwheat with potatoes. We add salt.
We put the pot into cushions and leave it for the night.
The next morning we take out the porridge from the pillows, add butter and finely chopped dill.
