How to brew oats

Oats are widely used in folk medicine for treatment of various diseases.

A decoction of this cereal can be used for the treatment of pancreatitis, tuberculosis, exhaustion, disorders of the cardiovascular system and even weight loss.

For treatment to be effective, oats need to brew properly.

You will need

  • To prepare the broth oats with tuberculosis therapy, exhaustion:

  • - 2 tablespoons of honey.

  • - 1 liter of hot boiled water.
  • To prepare a decoction of oats in the treatment of kidney diseases:
  • - 1 cup of beans ovsa-
  • - 1 liter of hot boiled water-
  • - 2 cups of milk
  • To prepare the broth oats in slow metabolism:
  • - 1 cup ovsa-
  • - 1 liter of pure water at room temperature.

Thoroughly rinse the grain oats. Place them in a saucepan, cover with cold water, oats and put on a slow fire. Boil it until then, until half the liquid boils away.

Add the broth oats, honey and leave it forsimmer for another couple of minutes. Broth oats cooked in this way, will be useful for people suffering from tuberculosis, and for malnourished people. It should take one glass three times a day before meals.

If you have problems with the cardiovascular systemPrepare a decoction of oats in the following manner. Pour boiling water washed grain. Put the pan on the fire and the water is evaporated until until only a quarter of the original volume remains. Refrigerate broth and take it for 100 g three times a day.
