How to brew an oats properly

Oats are widely used in folk medicine for the treatment of various diseases.

Decoction of this cereal can be used to treat pancreatitis, tuberculosis, exhaustion, cardiovascular system disorders and even for weight loss.

For the treatment to be effective, the oats need to be brewed correctly.

You will need

  • To prepare oats broth for tuberculosis therapy, exhaustion:
  • - 1 glass of oats-
  • - 2 glasses of cold water-
  • - 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • For the preparation of oats broth for the therapy of cardiovascular diseases:
  • - 1 glass of oats-
  • - 1 liter of hot boiled water.
  • For the preparation of oats broth for the treatment of kidney diseases:
  • - 1 glass of oats-
  • - 1 liter of hot boiled water-
  • - 2 cups of milk
  • For the preparation of oats broth with slow metabolism:
  • - 1 glass of oats-
  • - 1 liter of clean water at room temperature.

Rinse the grain thoroughly. Place them in a saucepan, pour the oats with cold water and put on slow fire. Boil it until half of the liquid boils.

Add honey to the decoction of oats and leave it onSlow fire for another couple of minutes. Broth of oats, cooked in this way, will be useful for people suffering from tuberculosis, and for malnourished people. Take it one glass three times a day before meals.

In case of problems with the cardiovascular systemPrepare the oats broth in the following way. Pour the washed grains with boiling water. Put the saucepan on a fire and evaporate the water until only a quarter of the original volume is left. Cool the broth and take it 100 g three times a day.

Use for the treatment of sick kidney oats decoctionwith milk. Pour the grains of boiling water, put the mixture on a slow fire and boil until the volume of the liquid is reduced by half. Add milk to the broth and cook over low heat for another twenty minutes. Take this drug two or three times a day for 200 g for 30 minutes before eating.

To prepare from oats an effective remedyTo improve the metabolism, fill the grain with clean water at room temperature. Leave them to infuse for 10 hours, then put the mixture on a slow fire and bring it to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and leave the oat broth for twelve hours at room temperature. Take it one glass three times a day for half an hour before meals.
