Bean diet is designed for a week, but you canObserve it and two weeks, because it is not very tough. During the diet, you need to drink plenty of water. Coffee and tea without sugar are allowed. Before going to bed, you should drink a glass of drinking yogurt or kefir.


Bean diet
Consider the menu of beans diet for a week.

First day:

For breakfast, drink a glass of yogurt, eat a piece of cheese and one toast.
Have a bite of fruit or berries.
For lunch, prepare a vegetable salad with butter, cooked beans (100 g), drink tea without sugar or juice.
For dinner, again 100 g of beans (canned or boiled), vegetable salad and a glass of fresh juice.

Second day:

For breakfast, 100 grams of curd, coffee or tea.
The snack remains the same.
For lunch, 100 g of beans, juice or tea, salad from sauerkraut.
For dinner, 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 g of beans, juice or tea.

The third day:

For breakfast, 200 g of kefir, a slice of cheese and toast.
Berries and fruit for a snack.
For lunch, vegetable salad, 100 g of beans, juice or tea.
For dinner, 100 g of beans, tomato juice, vegetable salad.

Fourth day:

For breakfast, 100 grams of cottage cheese, coffee or tea.
The snack remains the same.
For lunch, 100 g of beans, fruit salad.
For dinner, 100 grams of boiled meat (any), 50 grams of rice, juice or tea.

Fifth day-

For breakfast, 100 grams of cottage cheese or yogurt, coffee or tea.
The snack remains the same.
For lunch, 100 g of beans, juice or tea, vegetable salad or sauerkraut (your choice).
For dinner, vegetable salad with 100 g of beans, 2 boiled potatoes, tomato juice.

Sixth day:

For breakfast, 40 grams of cheese, toast, coffee or tea.
As a snack a glass of yogurt.
For lunch, 100 grams of cottage cheese, vegetable salad, tea or juice.
For dinner, 100 g of beans, vegetable light salad with butter, tea or juice.

Seventh day:

For breakfast, 100 grams of yogurt, coffee or tea.
Berries and fruit for a snack.
For lunch, 100 g of beans with vegetable salad.
For dinner, a bowl of vegetable soup, orange juice (one glass), 100 g of beans.

As you can see, it's not so difficult to sustain a week with such a rich enough menu. Result: within a week you will lose from 3 to 5 kilograms.
