In the absence of an assistant, tighten the right cone locknut into the vice, but do this carefully so as not to deform the nut and bushing.
Tape the left cone with the cone wrenchTo the stop, but not tightening it, and releasing it by 45 degrees. After this, hold the key with a wrench, tighten the lock nut. All this time, the axis of the sleeve must remain stationary.
If everything is done correctly, the axis will be easyRotate, without any jamming. However, it should not have a large backlash. If a backlash or jamming is detected, unscrew the lock nut and tighten or loosen the cone.
At the end of the adjustment, fit the anthers and check the rotation of the wheel, which must be rotated without any effort, only under the weight of the pin.
