You will need

- - 200 g risa-
- - Carrots - 1sht.-
- - 1 large lukovitsa-
- - 1 head chesnoka-
- - Prunes or izyum-
- - spetsii-
- - Bay leaf-
- - Salt.
Meat fry until golden brown and spread into the cauldron. Fill with boiling water and set on fire. Cook until tender.
Wash rice, add the meat and stir to not stick together. Rice can take any, does not matter.
Vegetable stew on low heat. Add the spices: pepper sweet or spicy, bay leaf. We spread in the cauldron and stir again all.
Make a small indentation and put a head of garlic. Cook until tender.
