AMAZING fragrant Uzbek pilaf

Uzbek pilaf

Pilaf - all the favorite dish. Raisins and prunes perfectly complement and accentuate its amazing taste.

You will need

  • - 300 g svininy-
  • - 200 g risa-
  • - Carrots - 1sht.-
  • - 1 large lukovitsa-
  • - 1 head chesnoka-
  • - Prunes or izyum-
  • - spetsii-
  • - Bay leaf-
  • - Salt.

Meat fry until golden brown and spread into the cauldron. Fill with boiling water and set on fire. Cook until tender.
