"Allopurinol" administered in combination therapydiseases associated with hyperuricemia (high uric acid): urolithiasis, primary or secondary gout, urine acid nephropathy with renal insufficiency, a violation of purine metabolism in children. "Allopurinol" should be taken after a meal in the following doses:
- Gout with mild symptoms, as well as recurrent kidney stones - 200-300 mg per day,
- With severe gout - 400-600 mg per day,
- Nephropathy for warning if necessary to make chemotherapy blood disorders - 600-800 mg per day for the first 2-3 days.

In case of adverse reactions from the gastrointestinal tract at doses greater than 300 mg of "Allopurinol" should be taken in parts.
